But what equipment that we need?

 For Rob (the creator of  Fat Burning Furnace it would help if you are a member of a gym although it is not necessary. but for the  best results it would help if you had access to a gym.

To be honest I don’t  like gyms. I don’t feel comfortable exercising in front of people. So if you want to get the best results and also workout from home Rob recommends that for your home gym you need:
Weight Lifting Gloves
Water bottle.
Wall clock or use alarm clock.
Chin-up bar.
The Push Up Handles
weight benches.
Adjustable dumbbells.
The focus of the FBF program is on doing high intensity interval workouts which means you do an intense exercise and then take a 30 second low intensity break before doing the next exercise.
In the ebook you will find a lists of 29 best exercises to burn fat. 
Here's what you really need to know

It takes about 15-20 minutes of exercise at a time when they have to take more intense! After my first day was completely worn out. Have maximum representative of the exercises that you have never exercised, but it was difficult, after you have done out of the crisis, and the bathroom was nice, I felt great. To activate when I do these intense workouts I'm all sweaty and tired at the end, but after I took a shower, and protein shakes all feel and improve your mood. It's great.
It used to get a nightmare in the past every day on the treadmill, but with the fat burning furnace work out several times a week so that we can be a day of rest, but apparently because of the intensity of the exercises we have our bodies to burn fat until on the day we rested.
