subject YES chocolate. As we know, chocolate is composed of Nutrients like proteins, lipids ,carbohydrates, pure lecithin, theobromine, and  Mineral substances like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, Trace elements like iron, copper, and of course Vitamins like vitamin A , B1, B2, C, D, E.... etc.....

chocolate has several notable health benefits.  But there’s a dark side to chocolate that you ought to keep in mind .


As you know there’s a dark side to everything . But let's start with the benefits OKey.


 The source of chocolate "Cacao" contains antibacterial agents that fight tooth decay. but However, chocolate with a high sugar content will negate this benefit.

- Dark chocolate contains significantly higher amounts of cacao and lower amounts of sugar than white chocolate, that's why it is more healthful.
The smell of chocolate may increase theta brain waves, This causes relaxation.
The cocoa butter in chocolate contains oleic acid, a mono-unsaturated fat which can raise good cholesterol.
The flavanoids in chocolate help keep blood vessels elastic.
The carbohydrates in chocolate raise serotonin levels in the brain, resulting in a sense of well-being "that is why I love chocolat."


Now for the Risks Of To Much Chocolate:



Milk chocolate is high in calories, saturated fat and sugar. "BAD Thing."

-  Chocolate may contribute to lower bone density.
-  Chocolate contains a stimulant called theobromine, which animals are unable to digest.



In the End you need to know that Chocolate Won’t Cause you acne or Turn you into an addict chocolate is not addictive
