aren't moving around that much, 

so this tips will give you some ways to keep you from over 

snacking.

1- always plan to bring your own snacks.

2- NEVER skip breakfast! You set yourself up for failure 

automatically.

3- Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. 

4- Keep a glass of water next to your desk.

6 keep your mouth "occupied" with  Chew mint gum.

7- Try to stay as active as possible. 

8- Keep your stress under control.

9- Drink healthy teas "erba mate, oolong teas"

10- Don't give in to peer pressure.
