Some Healthy Eating Habits

Hello, today I'm going to speak about healthy eating habits and some unhealthy eating habits.


To be a successful fit person ,  you need to  adopt the right habits 

like : 



- Choosing fruit for dessert instead of cookies 

Keeping healthy snacks at work. Bring in lunch that you 

prepare the night before.


Checking in with your hunger and learn how to know 

the difference between physical hunger and habit eating.

Setting up your environment for success by planning and preparing your healthy foods
Drinking skim or low-fat  milk instead of whole milk

Scheduling times to eat your meals and snacks

Replace Your Old Habits with anothe Healthy Habits for exemple:

- Eat slowly: Wait until you have swallowed your mouthful of food

 before taking the next bite.

Eat only when you are hungry: mometime when I feel worried 

or bored I eat more then what I want, so 

Eating when you are feeling worried or bored leads to overeating. 

-keep away from unhealthy foods: Replace the candy dish with 

a fruit or nut bowl.

Avoid skipping meals. Eat breakfast like a king or queen, 

lunch like a prince or princess, and dinner like a pauper.

advice 

Once you have changed one or two old unhealthy habits, try changing one or two more.
